Katelyn started her Digistream journey back in 2016 as a Surveillance Investigator in Northern California. She quickly climbed the ranks at her affiliate and was presented with the opportunity to work on several high-profile assignments. In 2017, she was promoted to Field Operations Coordinator and then later, Field Operations Manager. After two years as Central Valley’s F.O.M., Katelyn was promoted to Investigative Advisor. In 2021, she officially earned the role of General Manager.
Since then, Katelyn has maintained the job duties of the Investigative Advisor, become Co-Chair of the Ladies Leadership Network, and worked over 70 days of surveillance, averaging 25 minutes per day and sustaining a 90% successful follow rate. In 2023, Katelyn achieved the ultimate accomplishment of becoming Partner.
