Bob's DigiStream journey began at the Mid-Atlantic affiliate in the summer of 2013, where he started in the workflow department. This opened his eyes to the dynamic world of insurance claim investigations. He then transitioned to become the Video Editor before taking on one of the Brand's first Intel Liaison roles, which eventually evolved into the current Investigative Advisor position.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Bob worked as the Field Operations Manager, overseeing the growing markets of Florida, Texas, and Nevada. During this time, he immersed himself in all aspects of investigations, including surveillance cases, social media investigations, and claims work.
The next chapter of Bob's career began when he moved to Tampa to continue building his Florida team and establish a brick-and-mortar presence. Under his leadership, the affiliate has more than tripled in size. As the local Account Manager, Bob has had the opportunity to present at numerous insurance and risk management conferences and organizations. He also regularly hosts "Lunch and Learn" sessions with local law firms, TPAs, and Insureds.
When not focused on his work at DigiStream, Bob enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg areas.
