Nacer began his journey with DigiStream in August 2007 as a Surveillance Investigator with the Los Angeles team. Quickly distinguishing himself, he played a key role in launching the claims division at the LA office. Nacer skillfully balanced responsibilities between conducting surveillance, training new Surveillance Investigators, and taking statements.
In 2015, Nacer transitioned into the office, first leading the surveillance team as LA’s Field Operations Coordinator and later as Field Operations Manager. Over seven years, he successfully grew and managed one of DigiStream's largest affiliates, paving the way for his next challenge.
On January 1st, 2023, the Inland Empire affiliate opened its doors, with Nacer at the helm as the Investigative Consultant. Under his guidance, the new affiliate quickly flourished, achieving the official Established Affiliate on July 1st, 2024. The remarkable growth and success of the Inland Empire affiliate are a testament to the dedication and hard work of Nacer and his entire team.
