Matt is a dynamic investigator with over a decade of experience in the intricate worlds of worker’s compensation and liability claims. He began his career with DigiStream in 2016 as a field investigator in the Chicago market, quickly establishing himself as a reliable and detail-driven professional. In 2017, he was promoted to Investigative Advisor, where he managed all surveillance correspondence in Chicago for more than five years, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of client needs. In 2022, Matt transitioned into an external-facing role as Account Manager for Chicago, where he learned to leverage his operational knowledge to deliver strategic solutions and exceptional service to clients. As the new National Sales Account Manager, he now travels nationwide, providing his insights and strategies to maximize the return on investment for investigations.
A proud alumnus of Western Illinois University, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. He is also a certified Fraud Claim Law Specialist (FCLS), showcasing his expertise in navigating complex cases.
