In-person interviews of individuals associated with either workers’ compensation or liability claims. For claims that absolutely necessitate in-person contact and cannot be performed remotely. Interview audio, transcript, and signed medical release included with investigative report upon request and if applicable.

ALIVE & WELL CHECK

Unrecorded virtual or in-person interviews of workers’ compensation claimants or beneficiaries. Interview topics and questions are customizable; standard claimant interview topics include benefit distribution, future medical treatment, and general daily living, while standard beneficiary interview topics include benefit distribution, daily living, and marital status. Includes limited online research to confirm status and contact information.

SCENE INSPECTION

In-person inspection of an incident location to obtain scene photos, incident footage, and relevant witness statements.

DOCUMENT DELIVERY

In-person delivery of non-court documents to individuals associated with workers’ compensation and liability claims. Document signing and notarization are available upon request.

SERVICE OF PROCESS

In-person service of court documents to parties associated with the claim and completion of proof of service forms pursuant to local laws and guidelines.

PHYSICIAN STATEMENT

In-person presentation of surveillance footage to a workers’ compensation claimant’s primary care physician with interview regarding injury severity, planned medical treatment, medically necessary restrictions, and return-to-work timeline. Electronic transfer of footage available upon request.

FRAUD REFERRAL

Electronic submission of the fraud referral and associated documents to the appropriate authorities if reasonable belief is identified during the complimentary initial assessment.
